به گزارش ایرنا، 'محسن مشكات' روز پنجشنبه در آیین معرفی مدیركل دامپزشكی جنوب كرمان با تاكید بر اینكه گوشت پس از ذبح شدن نباید مورد مصرف قرار گیرد، افزود: گوشت پس از ذبح باید 24 ساعت در سردخانه زیر صفر فریز و سپس از كشتارگاه خارج شود.

وی با اشاره به اینكه با احداث كشتارگاه صنعتی در هر منطقه مشكل فریز شدن گوشت بر طرف می شود، گفت: سازمان دامپزشكی برای احداث كشتارگاه، آماده ارائه تسهیلات به بخش خصوصی است كه در منطقه جنوب كرمان هم این آمادگی وجود دارد.

مشكات، با بیان اینكه اقتصاد بهداشت عمومی و امنیت غذایی از وظایف اصلی دامپزشكی محسوب می شود، افزود: سهم بخش كشاورزی در اشتغالزایی 23 درصد و در تولید ناخالص ملی 31 درصد است.

وی گفت: در بخش سرمایه گذاری دام و طیور، 315 هزار میلیارد ریال سرمایه گذاری شده است كه این سرمایه گذاری نقش موثری در تامین مواد پروتئینی در سطح جامعه دارد.

وی خاطرنشان كرد: برای حفظ و حراست از سرمایه گذاران در بخش دام و طیور باید اقدامات مهمی صورت گیرد كه یكی از این اقدامات مقابله با بیماری های دامی است و در این زمینه سازمان دامپزشكی اقدامات موثری را در سطح كشور انجام داده است.

قائم مقام سازمان دامپزشكی، با اشاره به نامگذاری سال جاری به عنوان سال 'تولید ملی، حمایت از كار و سرمایه ایرانی'، افزود: رسالت امسال سازمان دامپزشكی حركت در مسیر تحقق این شعار است.

مشكات، بهداشت عمومی را از دیگر وظایف سازمان دامپزشكی ذكر كرد و گفت: برای پیشگیری و كنترل بیماری های دامی و بیماری های مشترك بین انسان و دام این سازمان رسالت خود را انجام می دهد.

وی با بیان اینكه امنیت غذایی بر عهده وزارت جهاد كشاورزی است، گفت: سازمان دامپزشكی نیز برای تامین امنیت غذایی در بخش دام و طیور نقش موثری دارد.

وی افزود: با توجه به اینكه امسال به عنوان سال تنظیم كیفیت محصولات كشاورزی از سوی وزیر جهاد كشاورزی نامگذاری شده، لذا تمامی دستگاه های مربوط مكلف هستند برای تولید محصولات با كیفیت و تنظیم سلامت غذایی این موضوع را در اولویت قرار دهند.

مشكات همچنین با اشاره به برخی كمبودها در منطقه، اظهار داشت: چارت ادارات جدید التاسیس در جنوب، آزمایشگاه مرجع جنوب، راه اندازی مركز تحقیقات امور دام مشكلاتی است كه سازمان دامپزشكی برای رفع آنها قول مساعد می دهد.
